We believe the body moves best with ease, not force. Our schedule is organized into six distinct class styles, so you can move at the intensity and focus that feels right today
Class Styles
Recover (Level 0)
Reconnection & Trust
A gentle, breath-led Reformer class designed to rebuild trust in the body. With a focus on stability, mobility, and awareness, this level creates a supportive starting point for moving forward with confidence.
Pre-requisite: Clearance for exercise from your medical provider.
Reform (Level 1)
Foundation & Presence
A steady, intentional practice designed for all bodies. Through controlled movement and mindful progression, this class builds strength and awareness while reinforcing the foundations of sustainable movement.
Suitable for all movers.
Restore (Level 1.5)
Stillness & Release
Create space for the nervous system to exhale. This class cultivates quiet strength through breath, length, and release, helping the body return to balance.
Suitable for all movers.
Return (Level 1.5)
Precision & Progression
Return reconnects you with the core principles of Pilates. With a focus on alignment, control, and steady progression, this class strengthens the body while deepening confidence in the fundamentals.

Reignite (Level 2)
Stamina & Focus
Where energy meets awareness. This level introduces sustained challenge through mindful intensity, standing work, and single-limb patterns that encourage both strength and presence.
Pre-requisite: Minimum 30 classes in the last 4 months.
Rhythm (Level 3)
Flow & Precision
Where movement becomes meditation. Transitions, tempo, and breath merge into a unified experience of presence. This is our most advanced flow, designed for those ready to move intuitively.
Pre-requisite: Minimum 60 classes in the last 5 months.
