At Kohr Method, we are committed to delivering a high-quality teacher training experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following refund policy to address those situations:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@kohrmethod.ca.

• If a student withdraws within seven (7) days of registration and before the program start date, they will receive a full refund of tuition paid, minus a non-refundable administration fee.

• If a student withdraws after the program start date but before the end of the first training weekend, they will receive a 50% refund of tuition paid.

• If a student withdraws after the first training weekend, no refund will be issued.

• In exceptional circumstances — such as a medical emergency or serious injury — Kohr Method may offer a partial refund or a credit toward a future program cohort, at our discretion.

• If Kohr Method cancels the program for any reason, students will receive a full refund of all tuition paid.

• All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written request.

Please note that fees paid for required manuals, materials, or class packages are non-refundable. Kohr Method reserves the right to update this policy at any time; any changes will be communicated to enrolled students in writing. By enrolling in the Kohr Method Teacher Training Program, students agree to the terms of this refund policy.
